Nahlan Saade, the founder and owner of Better from Scratch, started the business as a hobby from the house in December 2014 at the age of 20.
The business was launched through an Instagram and a Facebook page and the account hit 1K followers in the first 4 days purely organically. Within the first month 450 orders were made and this is when it hit Nahlan that this is a serious business and no longer just a small house project.
The first store opened in December 2016 in Clemenceau Beirut, and two years later we expanded into a central kitchen which allowed us to grow both the team and our product range.

Better from Scratch caters to different types of events and clients, and participates in various street food markets, exhibitions and bakesales.
